Dream Job

Is it necessary to find a career where you will have all the satisfaction or it is just a dream? We often hear saying dream job, what is a dream job? have you found out what is a dream job for you? I think we often realize, that after leaving the job, it was a dream job. When you see the world full of opportunity and willing to explore you take chances and land on somewhere you don't like. Maybe for the first few days or months, it is good but after a certain time when you learn that all people are still the same, talk behind your back and politics of the office. You start to understand that the job you left was a dream job after all.

In the sense, I think the job you are doing might be the dream job. There is a story that explains this scenario very nicely. One day the teacher asks his students to go to the corn farm and find him the finest and biggest corn, but the rule is to go forward and don't return. Students kept on going forward, only to realize that to find that the big corn, they left one was behind. Which they left for exploring more and more, hoping they might find bigger and better than they have in hand.

Don't know how much we must explore in order to get bigger corn or insense for a better job, keeping in mind that the job you have might not be best but at least it is better than most of the people, who were rejected when you were selected. So, rather than finding a dream job, live a dream job you are in.
